I am a mechanical engineering graduate from Olin College of Engineering (class of 2025), passionate about fluid dynamics, mechanical design, and fabrication. I'm also an ocean and aviation nerd, and in my free time I love technical SCUBA diving in New England, sailing in my home-built sailboat, Courage, and building free flight model airplanes.
I've worked on several research projects at Olin College. From Fall 2023 to Fall 2024, I led a team developing novel hydrofoil wings for autonomous underwater gliders. Before starting my own research team, I worked as a student researcher for Olin's Robotics Lab (first as a volunteer, then promoted to employee), where I worked on UAV (flying robot) and AUV (underwater robot) projects. In addition, I was a mechanical engineering and aerodynamics mentor for the Olin AIAA Design Build Fly team.
